In close partnership with Sebastian Family Psychology Practice, a licensed mental health and rehabilitation medical group based in Milwaukee, USA, we have succeeded in expanding the capacity of personal, professional, institutional, and organizational alliances in the determination to implement strategies and practices that improve knowledge and service delivery in the field of behavioral healthcare, as well as medical, educational, and psychosocial development of the people of Uganda, East Africa, and the larger region over the last 8 -10 years.
